I did not examine the parts carefully when I took them out of the box. There are two main support arms, an upper cross piece and the ‘wood’ piece that supports the motor. One of the main support arms was either bent or welded incorrectly. I had the whole thing put together and then found there was no way that the motor support would mount using the existing holes. In addition, the carrier was not square. In order for the motor support to fit, I had to remove the upper support arm and cut it shorter. After that I was able to attach the motor support; however the unit is still not square. I am disappointed in this, but it does support the motor properly……………….
