(sorry if this seems like a dumb question, just I have never owned a boat before now or the trailer)

I was 10 years old when my dad, Ali, had promised me that he would fish with me in Fisher man’s Wharf. I woke up at 7:30; it was so early I told my dad I never want to wake up this early again. It was ten to fifteen minutes From Marina to Fisher man’s wharf. My mom had prepared me some Nutella which is Hazelnut spread. I spread it on my Toast and I took a bite, I savored the taste in my mouth; It was so good it was like Being in Willy wonka’s Chocolate factory. After I finished my Breakfast I brushed my Teeth As I promised my mom. I promised her I will brush my teeth for 2 minutes. I hated brushing my teeth but a promise is a Promise! I hopped into my Fishing clothes, getting my fishing Pole ready, preparing my Bait.
We got into the Truck and the twenty minutes felt like forty-five. I was listening to music on my IPod Touch, I was listening to Rise against it was my favorite Band which still is. Listening to Music had decreased the time of Driving I have only listened to about four songs and we have already gotten to fisherman’s Wharf. I have gotten Out of the Truck My dad had pulled the boat from the car to the Lake. I ran to my dad to help him. As I helped him Get the boat to the Water; I have Accidently fallen in the water, the water Was cold and Green, the green lake had signs of Disgustingness
My dad had helped me out of the Nasty Smelling Lake, good thing we got a Towel, Without It the Fishing trip would be ruined. I have gotten on the Boat I helped my father into the Boat. Picking up my Fishing pole my dad had already caught a fish. It was a Goldfish. My dream was to catch a Huge Enormous catfish about two and a half feet. My Dad Asked “Son, Do you want to learn how to fish?”I said yes like I was a bottle of Joy. He said to put the Bait on the Fishing pole Then Wait for a Horde of fish, then Swing you fishing pole like you are throwing a Javelin. Then hopefully you will catch a Fish. I said okay like I didn’t know anything. So I did what my dad said I Swung the Fishing pole I tried to lift it up but it was full of heaviness I asked for help from my dad he helped my lift up the fishing pole, It was a goldfish about three Feet. I wasn’t happy, I was hoping for a Catfish, But Not this time.
We went Home we weren’t happy. My mom asked, “How was Fishing?”I answered that it was okay. I do not know how but my mom Senses If I am Sad or Happy.”What’s wrong?” She asks. I couldn’t catch a Catfish I answered. Maybe the lake isn’t the best for Fishing, She said. Well what’s a good lake? I Ask. Probably Big Sur she replied. Wait, how do you know? She answered, “Haven’t you seen all those Fishing Videos in Big Sur? I told my Dad that mom had told me about Big Sur. I asked him if we can go tomorrow. He sighed and said yes. Dad knew that I wanted to catch a Catfish so He didn’t want me to be sad and My Dream to be ruined. He promised me we will go Next Week on Saturday.
The next week had already passed by and I Reminded My Dad that we’re going fishing today. We Kind of went fishing late because my dad didn’t want me to lose my energy by waking up really early. I woke up at 4:00 I took a shower and then I hopped into my Fishing Suit. My mom bought me a new one because she Hated Dirty Cloths that was in Water that smelled like sewers. So I got into the truck waiting for my dad. He finally came I have already prepared my Fishing Accessories the day before. I prepared my dad’s because I don’t want to lose time when I get up Afternoon. My dad is driving The Truck to Big Sur which is thirty minutes from Marina. We have gotten to the lake in about 4:45.the Reason why we were late because we had to load Gas into our Truck. So we were fifteen minutes late.
We have driven to Big Sur and we were at the parking lot and I could already see some Fish, Some of them were Catfish Also. I helped my father by pulling the boat to the lake. I was careful when I jumped into the boat. I used the same technique to Fish that my Dad told me. I put the bait on the fishing pole this I swung the Fishing pole. The first Try I fail then My Dad Helps me, I swing it again then I feel the Heaviness I have pulled the Weight I stare at it was a Catfish it was about 2 and a half Feet Which is big for a Catfish. Then I Smile at my dad’s Face, My dad smiling back at me, telling me Good job for unlocking Your Achievement. I have called my mom from my Verizon LG Cell phone Tell her that I have
Accomplished My dream. She was so Happy for me that she baked me A cake Just the Way I liked it. A layer of Angel cakes other layer of strawberry and the other layer was Vanilla Cream. I have learned not to want something so bad that I would go crazy over it.

my fiance, greg, wanted the title to have his name on it along w/ mine but i said no. i kept it in my name only.
Now, this year he wants to add a buncha new things like a new radio and a new swim platform, ect.
He also is getting a bunch of new and very much needed safety features added to the boat, but they cost alot of money.
I’m trying to save $ in a savings account but greg wants us to both spend our tax returns to get as much as possible in order for the boat to be ready this summer. I am willing to put the boat in storage this summer until i can get a job and our 5 month old can get a lil older but greg is not. he says if we can’t take it out this summer, he’s going to take out all the engine parts he bought & put in and strip the paint he painted on and sell the parts and accessories on ebay he also says “if i’m gonna be like that” then he refuses to haul the boat, work on it, ect. ever again. i explained to him that were just putting it in storage for 1 season until we both get a better job and can save some ect. but he says we can afford it now and i don’t have a job so i needen’t worry about what things cost and do as i’m told to do.

This is 1 of many things we argue about almost daily. When i mentioned i wanted to get a job before we did anything big like that he said you don’t even have your license to drive to a job and your too stupid to learn how to drive any way or to get a good job thats not fast food.

later he always makes up w/ me but doesn’t apologize. he says things like “i’m not trying to be an a-hole but this is how i feel.” and he talks nicer about the subject and we reach a peaceful agreement.

is any1 else going through this or something like this and how do you deal w. it? i normally just listen to him and whatever he says in the end b/c if not he gets loud and screams at me and it scares our baby. so what should i do?
i had a lot of inheritance and i purchased the boat out of my sole money. it wasn’t shared $ or anything like that. the money was only mine and the boat is only mine. i had a job at the time too but have since quit it to accommodate my pregnancy and then my child

i am 19 not 14 here people. i am a smart person and if you think i have alot of problems then maybe you shoulda found me b4 i made all my “mistakes” and told me not to have sex or spend my $ on what i wanted to spend it all on. its none of you alls business to judge me about any thing. i am asking how to deal w/ this specific ? not how to avoid what has already happened
