New boat equipment recommendations…?

A friend of mine recently purchased a new 18 foot deep V Lund with a 115 hp four stroke. Although he is not new to fishing, he is new to owning a new boat like this. I have a similar boat and can recommend “stuff” to him but I’m polling the respected Yahoo! audience for their vast boating experience and two cents. My friend will be fishing mainly for walleye, bass and panfish in Michigan. What are some of the things you simply cannot live without on your boat? He’d be particularly interested in recommendations for GPS units as well as sonar units you all might recommend.

Do boat trailers have a title or just registration in the state of Ohio?

I just bought a 21ft rinker ski boat from my neighbor and he said that boat trailers only have a registration not a title, i don’t know if that is true. Also how would i go about getting a registration if he lost it?

I have fully inflatable boat. its a 2 person boat but fits one comfortably. I like to fish, so far the only accessories i can think of is an anchor. Any Ideas?

My pontoon is a late 90’s model and i put a used 50hp Johnson on it but got scammed so i’m going for a new engine. What HP motor should i get in an etek without weighing down the back of a pontoon boat to bad? And are these engines lighter than honda engines?

Boat trailer accessories?

I seen a commercial on a fishing show (I believe Roland Martin) about a site with trailer accessories. They had a self launching system which attaches to the trailer and it both launches the boat off of the trailer for you and cranks the boat on the trailer for you. I don’t remeber what the site was now and was wondering if somebody happened to see this commercial or knew of the site. There was also a small electrical device that attaches to the trailer letting you know when the trailer is far enough in the water before loading.
