These race boats racing have speeds in excess of 100+ mph on some of the race courses. Theses jetboats are light and nimble with extreme horsepower. The boats are able to race in water depths sometimes of less than six inches of water. Get In Shut Up and Hold On! was shot in three different states,Oregon,California,and Idaho.It was filmed during the 2006 US Championships. The jet racers usually do most of their own maintaince due to no crews. The teams of racers are made up of a race boat navigator and a driver.
